Circle Process and Facilitation
The Peacemaking Circle brings everyone involved together in a structured, intentional process, where participants are empowered and supported to address tough issues and create effective, lasting solutions. It can resolve litigation, solve workplace disputes, and shift organizational strife. Circle process also bridges communities and helps stakeholder groups build relationships and common ground.
Legal Services
Relational tools help organizations create structures and systems that support their activities, people and communities. Andy brings over 20 years of experience as an attorney to his work in 501(c) startup, governance and compliance, organizational mergers and transitions, and advising boards of directors.
Art of Peacemaking Training
Andy and his team offer a variety of programs and experiential trainings on the Art of Peacemaking, including circle process facilitation, and the Peacemaker's Toolkit. Continuing education for lawyers and mediators, custom programs for organizations and associations; and transformative, small group coaching cohorts for attorneys and leaders.
