Andy brings deep experience as a business lawyer, former litigator, and mediator to his work blending transformative group process with analysis and individual coaching to help businesses and organizational leaders resolve otherwise impossible conflicts--saving tremendous resources in comparison to litigation or liquidation.  Andy and his team work with business owners, leadership teams, boards, trustees, family enterprises, and others facing complex internal and multi-party conflicts. From focused mediation to deeper, longitudinal process, services are tailored to each situation and offered in person, on Zoom, or through immersive on-site peacemaking at Flat Creek Sanctuary.

 Relational tools help organizations create structures and systems that support their activities, people and communities.  Andy brings over 25 years of experience as an attorney to his work in 501(c) and small business startup, governance and compliance, organizational mergers and transitions, and advising boards of directors.

Andy is the current president of the Maine Association of Mediators.  He brings experience, presence, and a track record of success to his mediation work.  Offering in person and zoom mediation for all types of disputes.
