Create value, craft possibility, and solve your problem.

Conflict consumes tremendous time, energy and resources--and adversarial solutions like litigation risk further depletion.  Andy Kull and his team take time to work deeply and skillfully with everyone involved to empower participants to identify what they truly want, communicate clearly, and create lasting solutions to seemingly unsolvable conflicts.

Using a powerful combination of tools, (like analysis of the issues, confidential coaching with key individuals, and transformative group process) participants are able to talk it out, build understanding, and find the answers.  Offering:

  • Tailored Conflict Resolution Process.  Address conflict and change directly in a structured process over time, where we are "tough on the issue, and gentle on the person."  Serving businesses & organizations, litigants, the workplace, and families. In person and via zoom.
  • Legal services for nonprofits, businesses and organizations. 501c3 startup and compliance, organizational mergers and transition, contracts, governance and general counsel.
  • Training in Peacemaking wisdom and process for attorneys, mediators, and organizations, including continuing education credits.

The refreshing perspective and practical tools of peacemaking are intelligent, effective and intuitive.  It is a practice to transform and resolve conflict, a basis for vibrant group process and organizational health, and a roadmap for successful, effective leadership.

More About Our Services

What is Peacemaking?

Peacemaking is a powerful, transformative, and highly effective approach to conflict resolution. Rooted in the practices of many Native American tribal courts and refined over generations,  Peacemaking is now being skillfully adapted for use by mediators,  lawyers, and judges in mainstream legal settings.  At its core, peacemaking goes beyond resolving disputes to address the root of conflict with deep honesty, compassion, and clarity. It  brings people together in a way that fosters understanding,  accountability, and authentic resolution.

The power of peacemaking extends well beyond individual conflicts and encompasses a way of life.  Its tools and principles support vibrant group processes,  healthy organizational culture, and wise, grounded leadership.  Peacemaking offers a roadmap for living and leading with integrity, presence, and effectiveness.

And despite the name, peacemaking is not fluffy; it empowers participants to address tough issues head on and make difficult decisions.  The peacemaker cultivates awareness of the interdependent nature of everything—how we are all in it together—alongside a keen understanding of our very real experience of the conflict, strife and challenges that we face.

When practiced fully, peacemaking integrates both the adversarial and relational dimensions with a broader awareness of the full compliment of authentic, shared human experience—beyond labels and dogma.  It brings together intellectual clarity and human connection, allowing  practitioners to act decisively and compassionately, even in the face of complexity and adversity.

In a legal profession dominated by adversarial norms, peacemaking offers an intelligent, intuitive, and impactful  alternative—one that resonates deeply with our shared humanity and enhances the quality of justice we deliver.
