Andy Kull brings his love of Peacemaking to the world because he knows it helps everyone. He facilitates circle process, applies relational tools as a nonprofit attorney, and offers Peacemaking professional development training and coaching to leaders, lawyers, mediators, and organizations. Andy brings a diverse assortment of strategies and perspectives to his work, collaborating and co-facilitating whenever possible with a deep network of inspired colleagues--especially his favorite collaborator (Andy's wife!), the author, physician, and founder of Resilience University, Dr. Gretchen Pianka.
Andy comes from mixed European ancestry, lives in Wabanaki territory (Brunswick, Maine) with family and pets, and loves to spend time at Flat Creek Sanctuary, the family bison ranch in the Texas Hill Country where Gretchen and Andy are privileged to host small, deep-dive retreats. He received an undergraduate degree from Brown University (1995), a J.D. from Maine Law (2002), and lived a prior life as a commercial attorney and litigator. All credit goes to his mentors, especially the Native American elders, Tibetan Buddhist masters, friends, family, colleagues and relations that he has had the great good fortune to hang around, study and collaborate with for over 30 years.
5/5 would highly recommend to a friend or colleague!

Licensed Professional (partnership dispute)
The design and facilitation made it very easy to feel comfortable and share openly. The content trajectory was a gentle yet powerful guide through our sessions. I feel much gratefulness to Andy … With mostly new people for me in the group, I felt heard and pleasantly surprised on the similar threads

I have felt really good since, hopeful and a deep connection with each person and popping with ideas of what next. So thank you for supporting us to have that conversation, and for ever so gently guiding it when we needed that
